EXCELLENT Based on 505 reviews Posted on Google Britt BrouwerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used Kamo Limo this week for round-trip transfers from Mill Creek to Pier 66 (cruise terminal) in downtown Seattle. I asked several companies for quotes and Kamo gave a great price for six adults and lots of luggage. Sam is very responsive and helpful. Our driver today was Stanley and he was professional, on time, a safe driver, very good at communicating and just an all-around nice guy. I actually just found this company on Google, but I’m glad I did and I will definitely be using them going forward. We were in a Suburban XL that was immaculate and very comfortable.Posted on Google Mike AndersonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used Kamo Limo for family of 8. Three shuttle trips in Seattle, from airport to hotel, hotel to cruise ship and from cruise ship to airport. Service was excellent. Communication great from start to finish, on time (actually a few minutes early). Drivers were very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!!!!Posted on Google Steve BravemanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kamo Limo is THE BEST. We arranged for transport from Seattle to the pier and then a pick up at the pier on our return from an Alaskan cruise. George was the driver on both trips and is a true professional. His personality, knowledge and being on time made our trip complete. I would highly recommend this company if you need transportation in Seattle. The vehicles were spotless and were very comfortable since there was 10 of us. GREAT COMPANYPosted on Google DONNA THOMASTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mr Cowherd picked us up early and dropped us off at the airport. He was very polite and was a great driver. I recommend anyone needing a car service in the Seattle area to use the Kamo Limo Car Service. They were perfect.

WHY CHOOSE KAMO LIMO
Most people booking a car are really buying one thing: certainty that it turns up. Ten years, 500+ five-star reviews and a dispatcher who answers at 3am is what that looks like in practice.
Sedans seat 3, SUVs 6, Sprinter vans 14, and stretch limousines more. Tell us the headcount and we will put you in the right vehicle rather than the one we want to sell.
Every vehicle is deep cleaned after each trip and serviced on schedule. You are never the passenger who finds the last passenger’s cup in the door.
Licensed, insured and commercially permitted, with vetted chauffeurs. Card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

THE POWER OF KAMO LIMO
Seattle · Bellevue · Redmond · Kirkland · Woodinville · Everett · Tacoma · Sea-Tac (SEA) · Boeing Field (BFI) · Paine Field (PAE)
Quoted before you book and confirmed in writing. What we quote is what you pay, barring changes you ask for on the day.
Every booking is matched to your flight number and monitored from three hours out, so a delay moves the car, not your fare.
Red-eye landings and 5am departures are normal here. Someone always answers.

They overlap, and the words get used loosely, so here is how we use them. Black car service is the umbrella term for pre-booked, chauffeur-driven travel in an unmarked luxury vehicle — the price is agreed before you ride and the car is assigned to your booking alone. A town car is the classic executive sedan inside that category: a Mercedes-Benz S560, Lexus LS, Cadillac XTS or Lincoln Continental, seating up to three. A limo usually means a stretch limousine, which is a specific vehicle for weddings, proms and celebrations rather than a general airport car. If you are booking a business trip or a Sea-Tac run, you almost certainly want a town car or SUV rather than a stretch.
An executive sedan between Sea-Tac and central Seattle is estimated at $70 to $95, and a luxury SUV at $95 to $125. Those are flat rates by route and vehicle class rather than meters, so traffic on I-5 does not change what you pay. The figures on this site are planning estimates — the number that counts is the written quote you approve before anything is charged, which names the vehicle class, the pickup point, the time and the total. Call (206) 333-9605 or send the trip through the quote form and we will price the actual run.
It depends on how many addresses are in your day. A single point-to-point transfer — hotel to airport, home to a restaurant — is nearly always cheaper on a flat transfer rate. Once your day has three or more stops, or involves waiting while you are in a meeting or at dinner, hourly is usually the better value because you are not paying a separate transfer fee each time the car moves. Hourly chauffeur service starts at $75 an hour for an executive sedan with a two-hour minimum. If you are not sure which way works out cheaper, tell us the day and we will price it both ways.
Executive sedans — Mercedes-Benz S560, Lexus LS, Cadillac XTS and Lincoln Continental — carry up to three passengers with two large cases and a carry-on. Luxury SUVs — Chevrolet Suburban, Cadillac Escalade and GMC Yukon — carry up to six, with three to five large cases when every seat is occupied. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter high-roof van carries up to fourteen with a luggage bay behind the last row, roughly a case per passenger. The Chrysler 300C stretch limousine is rated for ten and is comfortable for eight, with room for small bags only. For larger groups we also run a luxury bus. Luggage decides the vehicle more often than seat count does, so tell us what you are carrying.
For an ordinary airport transfer or a night out, a day or two is usually comfortable. For weddings, proms, graduation weekends, large groups and anything needing the stretch limousine or multiple vehicles, book several weeks out — those vehicles are the first to go on busy Saturdays. Cruise season at Pier 66 and Pier 91 also concentrates demand into narrow embarkation windows on the same days each week. Last-minute requests are often possible depending on what is free, and dispatch is staffed around the clock, so if you are travelling soon call (206) 333-9605 rather than emailing.
Yes. Give us your flight number when you book and dispatch tracks the inbound aircraft, so an early arrival or a delay is handled without you having to call and rearrange anything. For domestic arrivals the standard pickup is curbside at your terminal door once you have your bags. If you would rather be met inside the terminal with a name board — useful for international arrivals, first-time visitors, elderly passengers or anyone travelling alone — ask for meet-and-greet and it is quoted with your fare rather than added afterwards.
Seattle and the Eastside are routine work for us: Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Woodinville, Everett and Tacoma. We serve all three regional airports — Sea-Tac (SEA), Boeing Field (BFI) and Paine Field (PAE) — and both cruise terminals, Pier 66 on Bell Street and Pier 91 at Smith Cove. Woodinville wine country, mountain-direction trips toward the passes, and anything beyond the metro are quoted individually rather than from a table, because distance and time vary too much for a flat rate to be fair to either side.
A rideshare app matches you to whoever happens to be nearby, in whatever car they drive, at whatever the algorithm decides the price is that minute. That is fine for a short unplanned hop across town. It is a poor way to catch a 5:00 AM flight, move a wedding party or run a client around for a day. With a pre-booked chauffeur service the vehicle class is allocated to your booking in advance, the price is agreed in writing beforehand, the pickup door is agreed rather than wherever a map pin lands, and if your plans move you call a staffed desk and the booking is amended and re-quoted. You are buying certainty, not just a car.
Gratuity is never added automatically. Twenty percent is the usual recommendation and whether you add it, and how much, is entirely your call — which is not true everywhere, so it is worth comparing. There is also no long-distance fuel surcharge. Anything that is not in your quoted price is quoted separately and shown before you approve it: additional stops, meet-and-greet inside the terminal, child seats and venue parking. The one published surcharge is $66 on travel between midnight and 5:00 AM and on certain public holidays.
Yes. Travel between midnight and 5:00 AM, and travel on certain public holidays, carries a published $66 surcharge. It is shown on your written quote before you commit, never applied afterwards. Seattle runs on early departures, so if you have a pre-dawn flight out of Sea-Tac it is worth asking for the quote with the surcharge included so the total you see is the total you pay.
Yes. Kamo Limo is licensed, insured and commercially permitted for hire in Washington State, and every vehicle in the fleet operates under that permitting. This is worth checking with any operator you are comparing us against — a properly permitted chauffeured vehicle carries commercial insurance written for carrying passengers for hire, which is a different thing from a personal policy. We have been operating in the Seattle area for ten years and hold more than 500 five-star Google reviews.
Yes, and these are the bookings where advance planning matters most. Weddings are usually a schedule rather than a single trip — the party to the venue, the couple away afterwards, sometimes guest shuttles between hotel and reception — and the Sprinter van or a combination of vehicles often works better than a single stretch. Proms, graduations, birthdays and anniversaries are the classic stretch limousine bookings. For a night out, hourly service is normally the right structure so the car waits between restaurant, venue and home rather than you booking three separate transfers.
Yes. Corporate work is a large part of what we do: executive airport transfers, all-day roadshows with a chauffeur on hold between meetings, client entertainment and event shuttles. For groups the Sprinter van carries up to fourteen with luggage, and larger movements are handled with multiple vehicles or the bus. If a booking needs more vehicles than we can field ourselves — a large wedding or a multi-vehicle roadshow — we tell you that at quote time rather than afterwards. Send the itinerary and we will price the whole day rather than each leg.
Yes — 5% off base fares of $75 or more. It applies to the base fare itself, not to gratuity or the late-night surcharge. Mention it when you request your quote so it is applied before you approve the total rather than adjusted afterwards.
Not sure which vehicle you need, or want a rate before you commit? Call and we will price it on the spot. Dispatch is staffed 24/7.
