Seattle and the Eastside are ordinary work for us: Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Woodinville, Everett and Tacoma, plus Sea-Tac (SEA), Boeing Field (BFI) and Paine Field (PAE).
Mountain-direction trips, the cruise terminals at Pier 66 and Pier 91, and wine-country days in Woodinville are quoted individually rather than from a table.
Airport transfers are flat-rated by route and vehicle. A sedan between Sea-Tac and central Seattle is estimated at $70 to $95, an SUV at $95 to $125. Days with more than two addresses in them are usually cheaper booked by the hour, from $75 an hour for a sedan with a two-hour minimum.
Every figure on this site is an estimate for planning. The number that matters is the one on your written quote, and you see it before you commit to anything.
