What to include if you email
Email is the right channel for anything that needs a paper trail — a multi-day itinerary, a corporate account, a wedding schedule with three separate pickups. Send it to booking@kamolimo.com and a person reads it, not an autoresponder. The more of the list below you include, the closer our first reply gets to a firm number instead of a range.
- Pickup and drop-off — a street address, hotel name or airport terminal.
- Date and time. For an airport pickup, the flight number so dispatch can track it.
- How many passengers, and how much luggage. Luggage decides the vehicle more often than seat count.
- A mobile number your chauffeur can reach on the day.
- Anything unusual — a child seat, a second stop, a venue with awkward access.
If you are travelling inside the next few hours, call reservations on 206-333-9605 rather than emailing. Dispatch can see what is actually free right now, and the phone gets you a real answer in a minute instead of a reply in an hour.
