WHY BOOK YOUR EVERETT TRANSFER WITH KAMO

“Paine Field is twenty minutes from Everett. Sea-Tac is closer to ninety. We will tell you when that is worth it.”

Everett has its own commercial airport and almost nobody in this business talks about it. We cover Paine Field as well as Sea-Tac, which is often the difference between a 20-minute run and an hour on I-5.

Paine Field And Sea-Tac

PAE is 20 minutes from downtown Everett and Sea-Tac is not. We serve both, and we will tell you honestly which one your trip should use.

We Track Your Flight

We start tracking your inbound three hours before pickup, so an early landing or a long delay moves your pickup with it.

Your Rate, Fixed Up Front

You see the full price before you book, and that is the price on the day. Southbound I-5 does not get to change it.

Where We Pick Up In Everett

Downtown Everett, the waterfront and Port Gardner, Silver Lake, Mukilteo, Harbour Pointe, Marysville, Lake Stevens, Mill Creek and Lynnwood. Hotel, private residence, office or venue — the chauffeur comes to the door.

Regular destinations: Paine Field (PAE) and its commercial terminal, the Boeing Everett Factory, Naval Station Everett, the Angel of the Winds Arena, the Mukilteo ferry terminal for Whidbey Island, and the Seattle cruise piers for Alaska sailings.

Paine Field Or Sea-Tac? The Honest Answer

Paine Field is roughly 20 minutes from downtown Everett. Sea-Tac is 45 minutes to an hour, and southbound I-5 in the morning is genuinely unpredictable — it is the single most common reason a north-county airport run goes wrong.

If your route is served out of PAE, fly from PAE. It is a smaller terminal, the queues are shorter, and you remove the I-5 variable from the day entirely. We will tell you that even though the Sea-Tac fare is higher.

Where Sea-Tac is unavoidable, we build the traffic into the pickup time rather than the fare, and we will suggest leaving earlier than feels necessary. Ferry connections work the same way: give us the sailing time, not the arrival time, and we work backwards including the queue.

Everett Transportation: Common Questions

How much is a car from Sea-Tac to Everett?

As a guide, a sedan is around $110, an SUV $150 and a 14-passenger Sprinter van $215. Full estimate table above. These are estimates and your final rate is confirmed in writing before you book.

How long does it take to get from Sea-Tac to Everett?

Around 45 minutes to an hour outside peak, and southbound I-5 in the morning is genuinely unpredictable. If your itinerary allows it, flying from Paine Field instead removes the problem entirely — PAE is roughly 20 minutes from downtown Everett.

Do you track my flight into Sea-Tac?

Yes, from three hours before pickup, whether you land at Paine Field or Sea-Tac. On the Sea-Tac run that head start matters most — southbound I-5 is the variable we are planning around. Tell us if the flight number changes; our tracking follows the number.

Do you pick up from Paine Field?

Yes. Paine Field (PAE) is a regular pickup for us and one most operators in this market ignore. Tell us the airline and terminal when you book.

Can you get us to the Mukilteo ferry?

Yes. Give us the sailing time and we will work backwards from it — the ferry queue on a summer weekend is the part people underestimate, not the drive.

What is your cancellation policy?

For Everett and Snohomish County sedan and SUV airport transfers, cancellations 24 hours or more before pickup are generally free of charge. Event and hourly bookings take a 25–50% deposit at the time of booking, which is non-refundable.

How do you take payment?

All major credit cards and cash. Your card is authorised up to 24 hours before pickup and the final charge is taken after drop-off. Payments run through Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

How far in advance should I book?

Two hours minimum for a standard transfer. Ferry connections and early Paine Field departures are worth booking further ahead, because the pickup time has to be built backwards from a sailing or a boarding window rather than from the road.

Do you also cover the Seattle cruise piers?

Yes — both Pier 91 (Smith Cove) and Pier 66 (Bell Street). See Seattle cruise port transportation for rates and pier detail.

Is this cheaper than a rideshare?

It is a different product, and on a north-county run the gap is wider than most. A 5am Sea-Tac trip from Everett is long, early and exactly when surge pricing bites hardest. Our rate is fixed when you book and the chauffeur is a licensed commercial driver.
