EXCELLENT Based on 505 reviews Posted on Google Britt BrouwerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used Kamo Limo this week for round-trip transfers from Mill Creek to Pier 66 (cruise terminal) in downtown Seattle. I asked several companies for quotes and Kamo gave a great price for six adults and lots of luggage. Sam is very responsive and helpful. Our driver today was Stanley and he was professional, on time, a safe driver, very good at communicating and just an all-around nice guy. I actually just found this company on Google, but I’m glad I did and I will definitely be using them going forward. We were in a Suburban XL that was immaculate and very comfortable.Posted on Google Mike AndersonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used Kamo Limo for family of 8. Three shuttle trips in Seattle, from airport to hotel, hotel to cruise ship and from cruise ship to airport. Service was excellent. Communication great from start to finish, on time (actually a few minutes early). Drivers were very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!!!!Posted on Google Steve BravemanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kamo Limo is THE BEST. We arranged for transport from Seattle to the pier and then a pick up at the pier on our return from an Alaskan cruise. George was the driver on both trips and is a true professional. His personality, knowledge and being on time made our trip complete. I would highly recommend this company if you need transportation in Seattle. The vehicles were spotless and were very comfortable since there was 10 of us. GREAT COMPANYPosted on Google DONNA THOMASTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mr Cowherd picked us up early and dropped us off at the airport. He was very polite and was a great driver. I recommend anyone needing a car service in the Seattle area to use the Kamo Limo Car Service. They were perfect.

WHY BOOK YOUR KIRKLAND TRANSFER WITH KAMO
Kirkland sits on the east shore of Lake Washington, which makes every run to Sea-Tac a bet on which bridge is moving. We take that bet for you and quote a fixed rate either way.
You see the full price before you book, and that is the price on the day. The bridge does not get to change what you pay.
We start tracking your inbound three hours before pickup, so an early landing or a long delay moves your pickup with it.
Our chauffeurs know when 520 beats I-90 out of Kirkland and what a summer Saturday does to the waterfront. That is the difference between on time and nearly.

ABOUT KAMO LIMO

*Estimated rates only. Your final price is confirmed in writing before you book and varies with the season, the date and time of day, your exact pickup or drop-off address, vehicle availability, tolls and extra stops. Trips between midnight and 5:00 AM and certain public holidays carry a $66 surcharge. Gratuity is not included — 20% is recommended and entirely at your discretion. Active and retired military generally receive 5% off base fares of $75 or more.

Downtown Kirkland and the waterfront, Carillon Point, Houghton, Juanita, Totem Lake, Rose Hill, Finn Hill and Bridle Trails. Hotel, private residence, office or venue — the chauffeur comes to the door.
Regular destinations: Carillon Point, the Woodmark Hotel and the Heathman, Marina Park and the Kirkland waterfront, the Totem Lake business district, Woodinville wine country a short run north, and the Seattle cruise piers for Alaska sailings.
Thirty-five to forty-five minutes outside peak, and which number you get depends on the crossing. 520 is usually the faster route south out of Kirkland; when it backs up, everything diverts to I-90 and that adds twenty minutes to a run that was already tight.
Northbound 405 through Totem Lake in the evening is the other reliable delay. We build both into the pickup time rather than into the fare.
For wine tours, the constraint is different: Woodinville tasting rooms keep their own hours and the last pour is earlier than groups expect. Give us the run order when you book and we will build the timings backwards from the final stop.
Flying? Seattle airport transfers. Sailing? Seattle cruise port transportation, with detail on Pier 91 and Pier 66. Nearby: Bellevue, Redmond. We also handle weddings and group transport.
THE POWER OF KAMO LIMO
KIRKLAND · CARILLON POINT · JUANITA · TOTEM LAKE · HOUGHTON · 24/7 DISPATCH
Quoted before you book and confirmed in writing. What we quote is what you pay, barring changes you ask for on the day.
Every booking is matched to your flight number and monitored from three hours out, so a delay moves the car, not your fare.
Red-eye landings and 5am departures are normal here. Someone always answers.
As a guide, a sedan is around $95, an SUV $125 and a 14-passenger Sprinter van $185. Full estimate table above. These are estimates and your final rate is confirmed in writing before you book.
Around 35 to 45 minutes outside peak, depending on the crossing. 520 is usually the faster route out of Kirkland, but a backup there sends everything to I-90 and adds twenty minutes. We plan the crossing rather than guess it.
Yes, from three hours before pickup. On a Kirkland run that head start is what lets us pick the crossing — if your flight slips an hour, 520 may no longer be the right route. Tell us if the flight number changes; our tracking follows the number.
Yes — it is one of the most common Eastside bookings we take. A Sprinter van seats up to 14, and a tasting-room itinerary works best when you give us the run order in advance. Adding stops on the day can change the rate.
Yes. Carillon Point, the Woodmark, the Heathman and the Marina Park area are all regular pickups, along with Juanita, Totem Lake, Rose Hill, Houghton, Finn Hill and Bridle Trails.
For Kirkland sedan and SUV airport transfers, cancellations 24 hours or more before pickup are generally free of charge. Wine tours and hourly bookings take a 25–50% deposit at the time of booking, which is non-refundable — tasting-room slots are held on your behalf.
All major credit cards and cash. Your card is authorised up to 24 hours before pickup and the final charge is taken after drop-off. For a wine tour the balance settles at the end of the run, not per stop. Payments go through Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Two hours minimum for a standard transfer. For Woodinville wine tours book well ahead — Saturday afternoons in summer are the busiest thing we do on the Eastside, and the 14-seat vans go first.
Yes — both Pier 91 (Smith Cove) and Pier 66 (Bell Street). See Seattle cruise port transportation for rates and pier detail.
It is a different product. For a wine tour it is not even comparable — a chauffeured van is one vehicle, one driver and no one in your group doing maths about who is safe to drive. For airport runs, our rate is fixed when you book and does not surge with the bridge.
Tell us your pickup address and your flight time — we will quote it on the spot and pick the crossing. Dispatch is staffed 24/7.
