At least two hours is the minimum for any booking, but group vehicles are the first to run out. For conferences, roadshows and event weekends, book as early as you can.
Only in a commercial vehicle — a stretch limousine or bus. Washington’s open-container law prohibits alcohol in sedans, SUVs and vans, whose chauffeurs do not hold a commercial licence.
Event and hourly bookings take a 25–50% deposit at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. The balance is due at the time of service.

A party bus is a commercial vehicle with perimeter seating, built for the journey itself. If your group needs to be somewhere on time with their bags, you want the van.
