Kamo Limo runs private airport transfers to and from Seattle-Tacoma International (SEA), Boeing Field / King County International (BFI) and Paine Field (PAE). Your chauffeur is assigned to your flight rather than to a queue: we start tracking the inbound three hours before pickup, so an early landing or a two-hour delay moves your pickup with it instead of costing you the fare.
Sizing the vehicle is about luggage as much as headcount. A sedan is comfortable for two travellers with two large cases. Four people with full luggage want an SUV. A crew arriving on the same flight, or anyone moving equipment cases and pull-ups, wants a Sprinter van — up to 14 seats with real luggage room. Tell us the bag count when you book and we will size it for you.
The rate is fixed when you book and does not change because it is 5pm on a Friday — no surge multiplier, no meter running in traffic. Dispatch is staffed 24 hours, because red-eye landings and 5am departures are the normal shape of this work rather than the exception.
