In addition to our carrier requirement, we strongly recommend that pet owners allow their pets to take a bathroom break before the ride to avoid any additional cleaning fees. While we understand that accidents can happen, any excessive cleaning required due to pet-related incidents will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Kamo Limo Pet Policy

Guidelines and Terms for Pet Owners to Ensure Safe and Comfortable Rides for All Passengers.

We know that your pets are an important part of your life, and we’re happy to accommodate them in our fleet. However, to ensure a safe and comfortable ride for all passengers, we have a few guidelines in place for bringing pets on board. Please read the following terms carefully:

1.) Types of Animals Allowed

Kamo Limo allows dogs, cats, and small pets (such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and birds) on board. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate larger pets at this time.

2.) Weight Restrictions

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, pets must weigh no more than 35 pounds. This weight limit includes the weight of the carrier.

3.) Number of Pets Permitted Per Ride

Only one pet is allowed per ride. If you have multiple pets, please book additional rides accordingly.

4.) Pet Carriers

All pets must be transported in a carrier that can fit on the passenger’s lap or on the floorboard of the vehicle. Carriers must be leak-proof and well-ventilated to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet. Please note that we cannot allow pets to be transported in carriers that are too large to fit on the passenger’s lap or the floorboard.

5.) Pet Behavior

All pets must remain in their carriers for the duration of the ride. Pets are not allowed to roam free in the vehicle or sit on the passenger’s lap. Additionally, pets must be well-behaved and not pose a threat or disturbance to other passengers. If your pet is known to be anxious or aggressive, please inform us in advance so that we can make appropriate accommodations.

6.) Pet Fees

A non-refundable pet fee of $25 will be added to the fare for each ride that includes a pet. This fee covers the additional cleaning and maintenance required for the vehicle.

 

Liability of the Pet Owner

We require that all passengers bringing pets on board our fleet accept the following terms:

1.) Release and Indemnification

By bringing a pet on board Kamo Limo, the passenger agrees to release and indemnify Kamo Limo from any liability, damages, or claims that may arise from the pet’s behavior or actions. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the vehicle or injury to other passengers.

2.) Damages and Cleaning

The passenger is responsible for any damages caused by their pet during the ride. Additionally, if the pet causes any soiling or excessive cleaning is required, the passenger will be responsible for any additional cleaning fees.
