Chauffeured transfers to the Lumen Field Event Center — exhibitors, buyers and visiting crews, without the parking hunt.
The Seattle Boat Show runs in early February at the Lumen Field Event Center, and it is the West Coast’s biggest show of its kind. It brings buyers, exhibitors and industry visitors into the stadium district for the better part of two weeks — an area where event parking is already a known headache and February weather makes walking from a distant lot genuinely unpleasant.
Chauffeured transfers solve the two problems that matter to show visitors. Exhibitors get a reliable morning run from their downtown hotel to the venue and a collection at the end of a long day on the stand. Buyers and guests get dropped at the door rather than circling for a space, and get collected without standing in the rain afterwards.
We also handle the airport side: Sea-Tac arrivals for out-of-town exhibitors and visiting crews, tracked against the flight so a delay moves the car rather than losing the booking.
Solo exhibitors and buyers take a sedan or SUV. Company teams with display materials take the Sprinter.

Up to 3 passengers
Mercedes-Benz S560, Lexus LS, Cadillac XTS or Lincoln Continental.
For a single visit, a point-to-point transfer is the simplest thing: an executive sedan between Sea-Tac and central Seattle is estimated at $70 to $95, a luxury SUV at $95 to $125, flat by route rather than metered, so stadium-district traffic does not change your price.
For a stand team working the full run of the show, hourly or a repeating daily booking usually works out better — from $75 an hour for a sedan, with the same chauffeur and vehicle each day. Send the show dates and hotel and we will price the whole block in writing rather than leg by leg.
Yes — we agree the exact door with you when you book, and adjust for any event-day access changes on the day. Dispatch confirms the pickup point before you travel rather than leaving it to guesswork.
Yes. Repeating daily bookings across the run of the show are common, usually with the same chauffeur and vehicle each day, priced as a block in writing rather than as separate transfers.
Yes. Give us the flight number and dispatch tracks the inbound aircraft. Standard pickup is curbside at your terminal door; ask for meet-and-greet if you would rather be met inside arrivals with a name board.
Usually yes. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter carries up to fourteen passengers with a luggage bay behind the last row, which is what makes it right for banners, cases and stand equipment.
