Space Needle fireworks, dinner downtown, and a chauffeur who waits — booked weeks ahead, priced in writing.
New Year’s Eve in Seattle is a fixed date that everybody wants at once. Restaurants sell out, downtown closes streets around the Space Needle for the fireworks, and getting home afterwards on the app of your choice is a lottery at exactly the moment the whole city wants the same thing. It is the single clearest case in the calendar for booking a chauffeur in advance.
The bookings we take are mostly evenings rather than trips: collect the group, dinner downtown or on the Eastside, out to a party or a viewing spot, and home when you say. The car and chauffeur stay with you the whole time, which is what makes the night work — no waiting on a corner in December, no surge, no negotiation about who is staying sober.
The stretch limousine is the traditional choice and the first vehicle to go. Groups of up to fourteen take the Sprinter; smaller parties are comfortable in a luxury SUV.
The stretch is the classic New Year booking. Bigger groups take the Sprinter, and couples or foursomes are well served by a sedan or SUV.
New Year’s Eve is booked by the hour with a minimum, because it is an evening rather than a transfer: from $75 an hour for an executive sedan, $85 for a luxury SUV, and $105 to $150 for the stretch limousine. The written quote states the hours, the vehicle class and the total before you commit to anything.
Be aware of one published charge and plan around it: travel between midnight and 5:00 AM carries a $66 surcharge. On New Year’s Eve that will usually apply to the run home, and we would far rather show it to you in the quote in December than surprise you with it in January. Gratuity is never added automatically.
Weeks ahead, and earlier for the stretch limousine — it is the most requested vehicle on the most requested night of the year. If you are reading this in December, call (206) 333-9605 rather than emailing; dispatch can tell you what is genuinely still free.
Yes. New Year’s bookings are hourly, so the vehicle and chauffeur stay with your group between dinner, the party and home. That is the whole point of booking the evening rather than the trip.
If any part of your travel falls between midnight and 5:00 AM, yes — a published $66. It appears on your written quote before you approve it, and on New Year’s Eve we will flag it rather than let it be a surprise.
Street closures around Seattle Center vary each year and are set by the city, so we agree a realistic pickup and drop point with you when you book rather than promising a door we may not be able to reach on the night.
