Seattle Holiday Party Transportation

Corporate parties, team dinners and family celebrations — one chauffeur, one schedule, and nobody driving home.

The season where nobody should be driving

November and December in Seattle mean company parties, team dinners, client entertaining and family celebrations, most of them on the same handful of Friday and Saturday nights. They also mean rain, early dark, and a genuine question about who is driving home. Chartered transport answers it before the evening starts.

The most common booking we take in the season is straightforward: one vehicle, booked by the hour, collecting a group from the office or a set of homes, waiting through dinner, and running everyone home at the end. For companies, it is often the cheapest line item of the whole party and the one people remember, because the alternative is a dozen people trying to arrange separate rides in the rain at eleven at night.

We cover Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Woodinville, Everett and Tacoma, so multi-pickup routes across the Eastside are ordinary work rather than a special request.

How the hourly booking usually works

Give us the pickup points, the venue and the rough finish time. We quote the evening by the hour — from $75 an hour for a sedan, $85 for a luxury SUV, $105 to $150 for the stretch limousine — with the minimum hours stated up front, so the vehicle and chauffeur stay with your group all evening rather than you rebooking at closing time.

If the night runs past midnight, the published $66 late-night surcharge applies and it is shown on the written quote before you approve it, never added afterwards. Gratuity is never automatic. And if the party overruns, you call a staffed dispatch desk and the booking is extended and re-quoted.
