- Nobody drives. The single biggest one. Everyone in the group is at the event rather than managing it.
- No parking. Downtown garages during an event are expensive and slow in both directions.
- Weather is irrelevant. Door to door means heels and dresses survive a Seattle evening intact.

Itinerary one: dinner and the waterfront
Roughly four hours. Early pickup, drinks somewhere with a view, dinner downtown or in Belltown, then a slow loop past the waterfront and up to Kerry Park for the skyline before heading home.
Works well as a celebration that is not a party — anniversaries, milestone birthdays, visiting family you want to impress without organising anything complicated.
Itinerary two: the arena night
Roughly five hours. Dinner before the show, drop at the venue door, and the car waits for the return leg.
This is the itinerary where the value is most obvious. Event traffic around Climate Pledge Arena, Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park is genuinely bad, event parking is genuinely expensive, and the post-event exodus is genuinely miserable. Being collected at the door while everyone else queues for a garage is the whole point.
Book the return leg later than the advertised end time. Encores exist and stadium egress is slow.
Itinerary three: the birthday
Roughly four to six hours. Collect the group from one place, a first stop for drinks, dinner, then two or three venues across the evening with the car moving the group between them.

How booking a night out works
It is hourly, with a minimum
You book a block of time and use it however you like. Weekend evenings typically carry a higher minimum than weeknights. Current rates are on the hourly rates page.
Book the end time honestly
The most common error is booking until midnight and wanting the car at one. Extensions on the night depend on whether the vehicle has another booking behind yours, and on a Saturday it usually does. Book the realistic end time.
Give us the stops in advance
A planned route is faster than an improvised one, particularly on event nights when road closures are in play.
Pick the right vehicle
